This second-generation model introduces key performance and integration enhancements. Integrated active balancing now comes built-in, ensuring optimised cell health without external components. Dedicated RJ45 Battery-Link ports allow seamless communication between multiple Drift PRO batteries via CANbus, enabling true plug-and-play integration with Victron Cerbo GX systems or GX-enabled inverters.
Built with Grade A prismatic LiFePO₄ cells and a rugged 300A Smart BMS, the battery protects against over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short circuits, and low-temperature charging. It’s housed in a durable, serviceable metal case, and features an automatic internal heating system that allows safe charging even below 0°C.
Thanks to the Fogstar App, users can monitor real-time data over Bluetooth, including state of charge, temperature, voltage, and cycle count. Despite its power, the battery remains lightweight at just 60.6kg, with integrated carry handles for easier transport and installation.
