If you do not receive your goods within 4 working days for UK orders, or 2 weeks for international orders, please contact us for tracking information.

Please note, most couriers do not consider items to be lost until 14 days have elapsed (or 4 weeks for international items).

Please contact us on 01752 656270 within 24 hours to report any damaged goods. Alternatively, you can email us at sales@batteriesandsolar.co.uk.

We will provide you with a Returns Number; parcels received without a Returns Number may be refused.

Once we have received the damaged goods, we will dispatch a replacement or refund you in full.

Smaller items are shipped using Royal Mail’s First Class Recorded Delivery Service, and larger items are sent using Fedex or another reputable courier.

All palletized deliveries are processed via Vallance.

A signature is required, so please ensure that someone is available to sign for your parcel.

We can deliver internationally but this may incur extra delivery charges. Check delivery costs at checkout.

Yes we do, you can collect from our store in Plymouth.

If you need to change or cancel any orders please contact us on 01752 656270 before 1.30 pm on the day of the order.

Any orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be delivered.

If you have changed your mind or decide you no longer require the goods, you will need to complete a returns form and return the item/s to us in their original packaging and with any accessories/manuals etc within 28 days. Please note that you have 14 days to notify us of the return and an additional 14 days to send the goods back, totalling 28 days.
