The Dodo Thermo Liner Pro 12mm – 6m Roll is a professional-grade insulation solution developed for automotive environments where both thermal and acoustic performance are essential. Made from dense closed cell foam topped with a super flexible metallised film, this material is engineered to shape and contour easily to the sides, floor, and roof of any vehicle.
With its 12mm thickness, it delivers superb thermal insulation, sound reduction, and improved interior temperature regulation. The metallised surface reflects radiant heat, while the foam core acts as an effective barrier against noise, cold, and moisture. This makes it ideal for use in vans, small commercial vehicles, campers, and restoration projects.
The product is self-adhesive, using high temperature resistant glue that ensures a long-lasting, secure bond. Simple to install, just cut, peel, and stick into place. It is fire retardant to ISO 3795, moisture-resistant, and will not absorb water like inferior wool or fibrous materials. Each roll covers 3 square metres, typically enough for the roof of a car, small van, or 4x4. Larger projects such as a VW Transporter will generally require 3 to 4 rolls for full coverage.
