Designed to be fully programmable, this DC-DC converter can be configured to charge 12V or 24V batteries from either 12V or 24V alternators. You can easily adjust settings via a user-friendly PC application (using a USB cable). The converter includes an ‘engine running’ detection system, preventing the deep discharge of the vehicle’s starting battery. Alternatively, it can be activated via a programmable input (D+, CAN bus or (+)15 connection). The charge current and input current limiter ensure the system operates within safe limits, based on the maximum charge current setting, input current setting, and temperature limits.
